Image Surgeons aims to dispatch all orders within 3-7 working days of confirmation that your order has been accepted.
You will be charged for postage and packaging of your products when your order is placed.
As Image surgeons products are personalised we can only accept returns if the product has been damaged in transit or by manufacturing defect. All products must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of despatch at the discretion of our customer service team. If there is nothing wrong with the product you may incur another charge for delivery.
Amendments to our terms and conditions can be made at any time and it is up to you to keep track of any changes made.

To initiate the returns process, you need to email sales@imagesurgeons.co.uk or, alternatively, call 01162 519 069, quoting your order number and state the reason for the return.
If you believe there is a fault with your goods you should notify us immediately. Where a genuine defect is found and the fault is rectifiable, re-prints will be made and sent at the earliest opportunity. Faulty goods that cannot be rectified will receive a full refund instead.
